Register for This Year's Event
As in years past, the entry fee for the event is $25.00 per person which includes 3 games of bowling...and a whole lot of fun!
We will do our best to keep all bowlers entered on the same team. If you have any special requirements or if some members need to be on a different team, please include that information in the comments section at the end of the form.
